Tom Bowe is President / Principal Architect at WMB Architects. For over 45 years, Tom and the WMB team have worked with clients on community, educational, commercial, and religious projects throughout northern California and Nevada. Stockton Collegiate students and staff learn, teach, and work in WMB designed spaces that reflect the firm’s commitment to helping the school—the client—express its mission in its physical facility.

A native Stocktonian, Tom has served his community as a member of numerous boards including the Cathedral of the Annunciation School Advisory Board, Valley Mountain Regional Center Board (Chair), Goodwill Industries (Chair), Easter Seals Board, and ARC: Association for Retarded Citizens (Chair). His service has also supported the arts on the Haggin Museum board of Trustees (Chair), the Stockton Arts Commission, and City of Stockton Public Art Committee (Chair). He is currently a member and Chair of the O’Connor Woods Board of Directors.

​Tom holds degrees in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley (BA) and the University of Michigan (MA).
